Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with original tags attached).
Be in its original packaging (no tears, marks, or damage to the packaging).

Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for packaging and shipping.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (these are non-refundable).
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Damaged Parcels
Upon receiving your order, inspect the package immediately for damage.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Refuse to sign for the package (if applicable).
Report the issue to your local logistics provider.
Contact us immediately and share the official damaged report from the logistics company. We'll use this to process a solution for you.
Defective Items
If an item is defective (e.g., faulty function, incorrect product, or wrong item received):
Submit a video showing the issue (ensure the video clearly demonstrates the problem and includes the full process of inspecting the item).
Our quality control team will review the video and work with you to resolve the issue.
