Shipment:
1.The goods will be delivered by DHL/DPD/UPS/Royal mail. we will choose the appropriate shipping option depending on the country and the Strictness of Customs to ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible.
2. Our forwarder will take care of customs clearance. So you just need to wait the goods to come and without to pay any extra tax fees.
3.The delivery time is about 13-15 days for goods shipped from China ad 3-5working days for goods shipped from Germany warehouse.

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 10pcs. and for 10pcs, you can only choose 1 flavors as it's 10pcs a box.
2. How to place the order?

SecondlyTell us which models you want to order as well as the quantity, flavors, nicotine strength, shipping address.
Thirdly, we will work out the total amount for you to pay.
Fourthly, after we receive the payment, we will arrange the goods to send out. and there will be a tracking number for you to track the goods.
3. How many days will the shipment take?
Normally the delivery time is about 15 days for the the goods shipped from China. If you need urgent shipemt, it will be better for you to order the goods in EU warehouse which takes about 5-7 days.
Normally, we cooperate with DPD/DHL/UPS and we will use appropriateshipping options depending on the Customs.
